Peter Enders has studied physics at the Humboldt University at Berlin and graduated at the Moscow State Lomonosov University (PhD, quantum chemistry), Humboldt University at Berlin (Dr. sc. nat., theoretical physics) and Technical University Bergakademie Freiberg. The University of Resources (Facultas docendi). He worked in a technological department of the Central Institute for Optics and Spectroscopy / Max Born Institute forNonlinear Optics and Short Pulse Spectroscopy, Berlin-Adlershof, on the electronic, thermal and optical properties of semiconductor lasers for fiberoptical communication and for material processing, respectively. In 1997 he changed to the telecommunication department of Siemens AG, then Nokia Siemens Networks, then Redknee. Since 2015 he runs the Kazakhstan Business Society UG full-time. Since 2004 he delivers talks and lectures at Kazakh universities. He is honorary professor at the Abai University, Almaty, and adjunct professor at the University of Applied Sciences Wildau.
Dipl. oec. Galina Nurtasinowa builds and holds broad networks in Kazakhstan as well as in Germany and has got unique expertise in politics and economics.
Born in Eastern Kazakhstan, she studied political economy at the Kazakh State Al-Farabi University in Almaty and then worked there as teacher. In the Soviet Union, all students of all disciplines had to study some basics of political economy. This brought her a lot of contacts to nowadays influential persons.
After marriage and relocation to Germany she worked in Kazakhstan-related projects. As a consequence, she was invited by the ambassador of Kazakhstan to join the founding committee of the German-Kazakh Society (Deutsch-Kasachische Gesellschaft e. V.). When the society was founded in 1997, she became its Managing Director, later also Member of the Board.
Prof. h. c. Wilfried Stein is authorized representative of the STEIN HT GmbH Spezialtiefbau (stein-ht-spt.de/, civil engineering). Among other international sites, he leads building projects in Astana.
